PARKING PASSES There is a maximum of 2 parking passes per unit, and you must show your reservation confirmation from Liquid Life Vacation Rentals when purchasing. The cost of parking passes is set by each association and is subject to change at any time without notice. Get a fresh start in 2021 with our new cancellation policy that will give you peace of mind when you book your next beach vacation. Beginning January 1, 2021, if you find yourself needing to cancel at least 14 days before your arrival date (60 days for monthly rentals), we will offer you a refund on 100 of the rent paid. The only thing not refunded to you is the non-refundable fees. Non-refundable fees are defined as already-purchased travel insurance, the proce ssing fee and the damage waiver fee.
