STAFF REPORTER GUWAHATI: Forty-six people died of the COVID-19 in the State on Thursday when 4. 309 new cases were detected. The positivity rate in the State is 4 per cent. In 386 new cases were detected. It was followed by 347 in Tinsukia, 318 in Cachar and 275 in Sonitpur districts.
