We have acquired a quite rate (New In Box) Old stock Gerber Bowie Knife 5978. These knives were made by Gerber starting in 1991 and we discontinued in the late 1990’s. This knife has never been used, carried or sharpened and remains as mint as the day it left Gerber. The coffin designed handle is made of very hard rubber, the guard is brass and the blade is bead blasted to provide a non glare finish. The original paperwork that was include with these knife is also included along with the original box ( box does show some light storage wear) 8 34 blade length with an OAL of 14 34. Very hard to find NIB, and true collector grade. quality.
